HPSC PGT Eligibility Criteria 2024

To be eligible for the Post Graduate Teacher positions in Haryana, candidates must meet certain educational and age criteria.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a Post Graduate (PG) degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university. Additionally, they must hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree. It is also essential for applicants to have passed the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET).

Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 and 42 years of age as of August 14, 2024. However, there is a relaxation in the upper age limit—3 years for candidates from Backward Classes and 5 years for those from Scheduled Castes.

HPSC PGT Application Fee 2024

To apply for the Post Graduate Teacher positions, male candidates from the General category must pay a fee of 1,000 rupees. This payment can be made using a debit card, credit card, NET banking, or any other available payment method.
